This week as part of healthy week the Year 2 children have had fun trying out lots of different fun activities. The children have started each day with a mindfulness exercise and have done energetic brain break dances and yoga sessions in class. They have also made their own fruit and vegetable bugs, using the knife skills they learnt last week in pasta cooking. The children loved making and eating their creations! They also had the chance to whiz up a tasty smoothie on the smoothie bike. All the children had a great time making the blender work whilst they peddled. The end result was delicious!
