Today the children enjoyed a fun filled assembly all about the science of sport. Atomic Amy from Mad Science came into school and explained how science is important in sport. She made medals appear like magic, tested the reflexes of the children and showed how sports clothes help us win races using a leaf blower and beach balls! The grand finale was recreating the Olympic torch! The children loved it all!
