The Year 2’s have had a wonderful afternoon visiting the Crucible Theatre to see The Storm Whale. In school before we helped the children to learn the songs and the actions before putting this into action. The children loved seeing all the different instruments and listening to all the different musical sounds. It was fantastic to see the children singing along and having such a fun time!
A few weeks later Ellen came into school to help the to write our own song about The Storm Whale. They had great time thinking of the lyrics and singing it as a group.
