We’re going on a shape hunt… we’re going to find some circles… what a beautiful day… we’re not scared!
This week in Reception we have been learning about triangles and circles. We have found lots of different sized circles and triangles in the classroom. We have learnt lots of new words too and have been using them to talk about the shapes. Our new words are: curved edge, straight edge, vertices, sides, faces. I wonder if you can carry on searching for shapes at home too children?
Some children have created their own Kandinsky styled artwork using triangles and circles too! We are so impressed with your independent artwork children. Well done!
